Conforming Loan (loan amount up to $417,525) - 5.25%
Agency Jumbo Loan (loan amount $417,000-$729,750) -5.50%
Jumbo loan (loan amount over $729,750)- 6.625%
And there is a fixed 10-year- 5.5%
