Rates are down slightly from last week. Here are the approximate interest rates for this week of March 27, 2009 for 30 year fixed loans for residential properties (single family homes and condominiums):
Conforming Loan (loan amount up to $417,525) - 4.625%
Agency Jumbo Loan (loan amount $417,000-$625,500) -5%
And an Attractive 5-1 arm at 5%
