Conforming Loan (loan amount up to $417,525) - 4.875%

Agency Jumbo Loan (loan amount $417,000-$729,750) -5.125%

And there is a fixed 10-year- 5.5%

with the best deal for a 5-1 arm for loans under $417,000-3.5%
